1. Acceptable Use
Bizvo is a professional networking platform for business travelers and local professionals. By using Bizvo, you agree to:
- Use the platform for legitimate professional networking and social activities
- Provide accurate information about yourself, your company, and your professional background
- Treat all users with respect and professionalism
- Not use the platform for solicitation, multi-level marketing, recruitment spam, or commercial advertising
- Not harass, threaten, or send inappropriate content to other users
- Not create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
2. Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Bizvo
- You may sign up with email/password or via LinkedIn Sign-In
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Providing your LinkedIn profile URL is encouraged for verification by other users
- One account per person — duplicate accounts may be suspended
3. Subscription Terms
- Free trial: 14-day trial with full access. No credit card required.
- Standard: $49/month introductory ($79/month regular) — full access to activities, networking, and venue intelligence
- C-Suite: $499/year — exclusive C-Suite networking pool, priority matching, premium venue access
- Local: $49/year — for local professionals who want to connect with travelers in their city
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

4. Content Policy
- All chat messages and profile content must be professional and appropriate
- No hate speech, discrimination, or abusive language
- No sharing of other users' personal information without consent
- Bizvo reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms
- Users can report violations via the in-app report feature
5. Liability
Bizvo facilitates connections between professionals but is not responsible for the conduct of individual users. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:
- Bizvo does not verify the professional credentials of users beyond LinkedIn sign-in
- You participate in activities and networking at your own discretion and risk
- Bizvo is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from user interactions
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your profile and data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bizvo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
